The number of paying members is now up to just over 110 people and Avanti has also received several donations. This means that since the association was formed in the spring of 2025, Avanti has now been able to – and will be able to – make the following contributions to Swedish dressage:

Antalet betalande medlemmar är nu uppe i dryga 100 personer och
Avanti har också fått flera donationer.. Det gör att Avanti sedan föreningen bildades under våren
2025 nu har kunnat – och kommer att kunna – göra följande insatser för svensk
dressyr:

Avanti supports and arranges program riding for international 5* dressage judges as part of increasing our dressage riders' experience of riding for international judges.

Avanti sponsors lectures, such as a highly regarded lecture by Dr. Andrew McLean on horse welfare. Dr. McLean is a leading expert in horse training and behavior and has been recruited by the FEI to work on horse welfare issues.

Avanti has granted a grant to one of Swedish dressage's elite riders to support training and travel expenses, as well as to several talented young riders on ponies, juniors and young riders.

Support for New Era International Dressage

Avanti paid the judging fees for two of the international judges who judged the new international dressage competition at Flyinge in March 2026. Giving our riders international experience at home is enormously valuable and something Avanti is happy to support.

Travel allowance to international competitions

During the spring, several of Avanti's members have applied for travel grants to enable international competition. We are happy to support Ella Jerlin with Piri Piri, Tilda André Hokfelt with Zaragossa and Vida Nordling Pettersson with Napoleon and wish them the best of luck in their endeavors!

Tilda André Hokfelt is one of the riders Avanti has supported with travel grants.

Here is a travel story from Tilda from CDI Exloo:

Before we went to the competition in Holland on May 1–3, my horse Zaragossa had never been outside the country's borders before. During the trip, he competed for three days in a row for the first time, lived in a tent stable, took a ferry and dealt with many new environments and impressions. As a team, we have become even more integrated and have gained significantly more experience than before. Having the opportunity to compete internationally has been incredibly valuable and developmental for me as a rider. Since Zaragossa and I have not been a team for so long, we came even closer to each other during this competition. The trip has strengthened our self-confidence and our interaction, and I have become very inspired and motivated to continue developing together with my horse. With all this experience, we are now looking forward to the Swedish National Championships and upcoming competitions and championships. We really hope and aim to represent Sweden at upcoming championships. Thank you for believing in me and my efforts - your support means a lot.
